Are there any limitations on the number of bank accounts you can have in the overview?

No, there are no limitations on the maximum number of accounts.


If we have multiple users in the system, will they see the same information if someone else has imported the accounts into their view?

No, the information is entirely linked to your unique user account, and the information you retrieve is visible only to you. If a colleague wants to access the information, they need to log in with their individual account using their personal credentials. This way, we ensure that what you are entitled to with the bank also applies to us.


Is there any delay in the information you retrieve?

No, the information is retrieved in real-time, and what you see is the latest information, even with the bank.

 

How does it work with foreign companies and accounts?

Foreign companies represented in the banks we offer within the account overview should function in the same way as Swedish companies. You identify yourself like you typically do with the bank, which normally involves using the bank's own login page for foreign companies.
